4K Firestick

Setting up your Firestick or FireTV is as easy as karate chopping a wet noodle!

To begin, you need to make sure “Apps from Unknown Sources” is turned ON.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select My Fire TV
  3. Select Developer Options
  4. Click ADB debugging
  5. Click to turn it ON
  6. Click Apps from Unknown Sources
  7. Click and turn it ON
  8. Click your Home Button

Once that this is turned on, you need to find the Downloader App.

  1. Go up to your Search Icon
  2. Enter Downloader
  3. Download it
  4. Open it
  5. Enter https://bit.ly/ntv_2291 & click Go

This will download the NinjaTV app. Install the app. Open the app, enter your username & password, & click login. That’s it. Enjoy!

Android Smartphone

Once you’ve downloaded the two apps, open the NinjaTV app, accept the terms, then simply enter your trial username & password to begin. Now go to the App Settings (gear icon, top right of screen). Click on the “External Players” category & add MX Player Pro. Now click on the “Player Selection” category & change movies & series to MX Player Pro. Then click on the “Player Settings” category & select Native. Go back to the main screen & click “Install Channel Guide”. Once it finishes back out to the main screen. Now you’re all set & ready to enjoy your trial.

This app interface is entirely different than the NinjaTV app, & most likely you’ll find it much less user friendly. Additionally, the iPhone/iPad app doesn’t give you access to our companion app. For full access we recommend a 4K firestick. Web TV Player

You can watch LIVE Streaming TV right from your laptop or PC. Simply go to:

Login with the username & password that was provided to you in your welcome email. This will log you in to your TV panel. Ignore the icons across the top right of your screen. Use the triple line menu option at the top left to access your Live TV. The web browser is the least reliable form of using the NinjaTV service.

Movies, TV Series, Radio, & Catch Up sections do not work on a web browser, so please ignore those. An ethernet connection is recommended for buffer free viewing. Once you become a customer, you will get access to dedicated PC & Mac apps.
